2. Register and write 5 recommendations of doctors and/or nurse practitioners you have consulted as a patient or family member, or know as a colleague.
3. At the end of the month, CareSeek will send MONA a $25 donation for each registered volunteer with 5 qualified provider reviews. For less than ½ hour of your time, you earn money for MONA’s programs at a rate of $50/hr. |
