New! 2009 MONA Bylaws 10/03/09 New! MONA Membership Types and Dues As a result of the bylaws changes at the Biennial Convention, the MONA dues structure will change effective January 1, 2010. The dues will be standardized for all areas of the state. The former district/region structure is being phased out and the state will be divided into regions only.
